Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Destiny Hospitality. By accessing or using our services, website, or purchasing/renting our premium linens, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Rental and Sale Terms

All items rented from Destiny Hospitality remain our property. The customer assumes full responsibility for all rented materials from the moment of delivery until collection or return. Any damaged or missing items will be charged at their full replacement value.

3. Deposits and Payment

A deposit may be required for certain high-value rental items. Full payment is generally required prior to delivery unless an active credit account has been established with our finance department.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the total order value to cover processing and preparation costs.

5. Liability

Destiny Hospitality shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the total value of your specific order.
